We are looking for volunteers for club championship on August 23rd between 12-5pm.  Racing will be between 1:00-4:00pm.  Elinor is planning to be the race committee chair for the event   No previous experience needed - it's a fun way to enjoy time on the water!

The two position types are:

Race Committee volunteers will be assigned a combination of the following tasks:

• Driving the boats
• Marking the race course and returning marks at the end of the races
• Scoring races on score sheets
• Record sail numbers
• Beginning and ending each race
• Using signal flags to communicate with sailors
• Making decisions on ties and protests (we will not have a specific Protest Committee) 
• Giving race results to Fleet Captain Isaac, either by giving him a physical copy of the score sheet or emailing it to him
