The Calgary Yacht Club was incorporated in 1933.  In 2024 CYC  will look further back to celebrate 100 years of sailing on Chestermere Lake, when Roy Lea, Mike Sullivan and Morris Shybak plied the waters in their wooden boats. Today the Club boasts an active membership, social events, expansive grounds, top-notch facilities, and Sail Canada accredited learn to sail programming.  Our clubhouse is located on the east side of Chestermere Lake, and we welcome sailors of all ages and abilities!
