Calling all volunteers! This is a perfect way to perform all of your volunteer hours at once!

Due to Alberta's unique charitable gaming model, casinos must utilize volunteers from charities/non-profits each day to function. In return, a portion of revenue earned goes to the organization providing volunteers that day. Participating in this is a huge fundraising opportunity for CYC.  In previous years, we have earned:

  • $70,351.30 in 2018
  • $67,260.60 in 2019
  • $74,490.70 in 2022


This year, we will be going to ACE Casino (Airport) on the 12th and 13th 

  • 40 Aero Cres NE, Calgary, AB 


Some things to note:

  • **Must be 18+ to volunteer**
  • Key volunteers must fill out this form and send it to clubcoordinator@cyc.ab.ca: Casino_Volunteer_Worker_Application_20230608.pdf 
  • Please wear business casual/professional clothing and picture ID
  • You will be provided food by the casino 
  • You may not drink or gamble during your volunteer shift
