Radio Operators Certificate for VHF Marine Radios (ROCm-DSC)

This certificate is needed to legally operate a VHF marine radio. This 2 night course consists of one night for the lecture and one night for the written and oral exam. The new course includes the endorsement for Digital Selective Calling (DSC) and the Global Maritime Distress Safety System (GMDSS)
